One Stroke at a Time…
While many swim teams focus on yards completed in a practice, our clinic focuses on the quality of each stroke and having fun while improving technique. We strive to improve stroke technique by minimizing water resistance and effort within each stroke. Not only can improper technique slow a swimmer down and lead to exhaustion, it can also lead to injury.
Although the emphasis of the clinic is not to increase cardiovascular endurance, the swimmers will find that each stroke will become easier to complete and thus allow them to swim faster and longer. Click here for more information.

Regis Pool
At the Regis College Swim Clinic we intentionally keep the pool warmer that most pools, maintaining a temperature of between 80 and 81 degrees. While cooler water is ideal for competition and training (77-78 degrees), warmer water is more ideal for technique oriented swimming. Click here for more information.
Calendar
The Swim Clinic will be held Monday through Friday for three one week sessions:
Week 1: July 21st to 25th 3 spots left
Week 2: Aug 11th to 15th Open
Week 3: Aug 18th to 22nd Open
