Underwater Video Recording
At the Regis College Swim Clinic we offer several ways to improve upon stroke technique. We find that the most efficient way to improve technique is by providing each swimmer the opportunity to become more aware of his stroke. To reiterate this, we provide underwater video taping of each of the four strokes, starts, and turns. The swimmers will get a chance to see themselves swimming from an angle they have never seen before: underwater.
Each day there are two opportunities for the children to see themselves swim.
Underwater videotaping is for the use of stroke critique only. It will only be seen by the coach and the swimmers. It is for the sole use of stroke critique.
